My name is Heiða Rún Guðmundsdóttir and I have been interested in photography since I got my first film camera at the age of 12. 

This project is about the mental limits that we place on ourselves.  We all have limitations, but often our thoughts are not logical, so we tell ourselves that something is not possible. By changing our own thinking, great things can start to happen, and life changes in such a good way. 

I wanted to interpret the project with this in mind, that our limitations are often illogical and that a small change can create great opportunities and free us from our own made-up boundaries.
