My name is Milo and I am an 18-year-old social sciences student from Schillerska Gymnasiet in Gothenburg, Sweden. The concept of capturing a specific moment and preserving it through time has always fascinated me. Being able to experiment with photography & communicate through the lens of a camera has helped me immensely in developing my own artistic expression.

My interpretation of chaos describes our emotional reaction against it. This project portrays the longing for escapism in a world that is filled with overwhelming distress and burden. Focusing on light colors and contrast, the pictures depict a delusive or dreamlike state completely detached from reality – where one naively escapes from their obligations.
