My name is Einar, I am a 24-year-old photography student. Born and raised in Reykjavík, Iceland. At the end of 2019, I was feeling stuck in life, not really seeing a future in my education at the time. I decided I wanted to do something creative and applied to the School of Information Technology’s Photography department on a whim. It has proved to be the best spur-of-the-moment decision I have made in my life as I feel like I don’t want to do anything else with my life other than photography.

With this series, I wanted to explore the emotions of the pandemic and isolation from feeling trapped to the hope of this all finally being over soon.
